Review: Aloe Gentle Facial Wash by The Body Shop

What does it claim?
Rich, yet mild soap-free cleansing foam that gently rinses away make-up, impurities and grime. Soothing and calming on sensitive skin. Dermatologically approved and clinically proven as suitable for sensitive skin.

This cleanser does what it’s supposed to do when it comes to cleansing the skin: make-up and dirt vanish. It is a rather gentle wash that didn’t leave my skin red like some other cleansers have done in the past. The ingredients look great. No perfume is always a win with me. If you are used to using a gel cleanser, the foam definitely takes some getting used to. After using it for a little while, you know exactly how to dose the foam.

Overall I find this a good cleanser. It’s nice to use and doesn’t irritate the skin. As the toner is moisturizing, I expected the cleanser to be a little more like that too.
You can buy this product at The Body Shop counters. They cost EUR 12,00 / $ 15,00
